We’ve had some great weeks and some not so great weeks as the regular season has finally come to a close. Like a team on the verge of a playoff run, we hope to finish out strong.

Browns vs. Ravens

Baltimore needs to win this game and hope for a Chiefs’ win over the Chargers to get back to the playoffs. Cleveland will likely start undrafted rookie Connor Shaw. This screams blowout. Ravens 31, Browns 9.

Cowboys vs. Redskins

Virtually a meaningless game for both teams, but not only is Dallas exponentially better, you can be sure that they don’t want to be swept by the last-place Redskins. The Cowboys will help Washington with their draft pick. Cowboys 41, Redskins 17.

Colts vs. Titans

The Colts have nothing to play for and the Titans need to lose and a little help from the Bucs (or Saints) to get the No. 1 pick in the draft. Belief in the tanking philosophy combined with a poor roster means this could get ugly for Tennessee. Colts 38, Titans 3.

Jaguars vs. Texans

The Jaguars play hard under Gus Bradley, but the Texans need to win to guarantee a winning season as well as keep their dim playoff hopes alive. Case Keenum will improve to 2-0 on the season, causing Jay Gruden to lobby for the Redskins to sign him next year. Texans 20, Jaguars 13.

Chargers vs. Chiefs

The formula is simple: win and you’re in if you’re the San Diego Chargers. Kansas City needs several things to happen to get in which also includes a victory. There’s a certain temptation to pick Kansas City here, but with no Alex Smith it’s tough to envision the Chargers losing, even if it is on the road. Chargers 27, Chiefs 23.

Jets vs. Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins are a much better football team than the New York Jets. Believe it or not, Rex Ryan is a much better coach than Joe Philbin. Upset special! Jets 20, Dolphins 17.

Bears vs. Vikings

Jay Cutler’s back and the Vikings are going to be in trouble. Probably not too much trouble, but Cutler has pride and talent and he’ll play a great game. Bears 34, Vikings 28.

Bills vs. Patriots

New England has absolutely nothing to play for. Buffalo needs a series of events to occur to make the postseason, which includes a victory over New England. After a quick Tom Brady cameo, the Pats decide to protect their playoff run. Bills 24, Patriots 13.

Eagles vs. Giants

The birds are angry after their disappointing loss to Washington last week which basically ended their season. The Giants are playing very good football since their inexplicable loss to Jacksonville. This will be a great game. Eagles 38, Giants 35.

Saints vs. Buccaneers

The Bucs are one loss away from the No. 1 pick in the draft. Not even the Saints defense can slow down that locomotive. Saints 24, Bucs 0.

Panthers vs. Falcons

This could be the game of the day as a division title is on the line. With two mediocre teams, I’ll take the better quarterback and the less inept head coach. Falcons 27, Panthers 17.

Lions vs. Packers

Another division title is on the line in Green Bay. Aaron Rodgers is banged up, but can Matt Stafford make enough plays to win on the road in Green Bay. We all know that answer. Packers 24, Lions 14

Raiders vs. Broncos

The Broncos need a victory to clinch a first-round bye. The Raiders are coming off a victory and in the week’s following their previous two victories this season they’ve been outscored 83-13. This screams blowout. Broncos 41, Raiders 10.

Cardinals vs. 49ers

Logan Thomas was so bad in practice that Ryan Lindley earned another start. San Francisco is going to send Jim Harbaugh out a winner. 49ers 31, Cards 10.

Rams vs. Seahawks

Seattle needs a victory to clinch home-field advantage in the NFC. Not even the great Shaun Hill can derail that. Seahawks 31, Rams 13.

Bengals vs. Steelers

Since Andy Dalton won in prime-time we all trust him now, right? Wrong. Dalton was mediocre at the very best against a Broncos team that turned the ball over four times. Ben and the Steelers will win the division. Steelers 24, Bengals 13.
