Sadly, the NFL’s regular season has come to an end and this is our final weekend of a full slate of games.  We had some bumps in the road as we picked every game, but we’re finishing strong with three consecutive double-digit victory weeks.

Here are the final regular season picks:

New York Jets vs. Buffalo

The Jets need to win this one to get in the playoffs and there’s nothing Rex Ryan would love more than to prevent that.  The Jets are playing better football right now, even if the Bills might actually have a better roster.  Desperation wins out.  Jets 23, Bills 21. 

New England vs. Miami

The Patriots need to win the game to secure home-field advantage in the AFC and the Dolphins have already packed most of their things.  This shouldn’t be very close.  Pats 45, Fish 17. 

New Orleans vs. Atlanta

Atlanta has rebounded after their six-game losing streak to win two straight games.  This would be their first winning season in three years where the Saints are just playing out the string.  Drew Brees will play and it should be very close. Falcons 31, Saints 29. 

Baltimore vs. Cincinnati

This has all the makings of a blowout.  The Ravens won their Super Bowl last week at home against Pittsburgh and the Bengals need this game for a potential first-round bye.  There are very few players on Baltimore who could start for Cincinnati.  Bengals 27, Ravens 10. 

Pittsburgh vs. Cleveland

This one should remind you of this year’s college bowl season…an enormous blowout and practically unwatchable.  The Steelers need a win and some help from Buffalo, and they’ll do their part against the weak-armed Austin Davis.  Steelers 38, Browns 13. 

Jacksonville vs. Houston

The Jaguars are 5-10 and might actually be more talented than the division-leading Texans.  Jacksonville finds ways to lose and Houston has been finding ways to win.  That will continue.  Texans 27, Jaguars 21. 

Tennessee vs. Indianapolis

Zach Mettenberger versus whoever starts for the Colts.  This game should be virtually unwatchable.  Colts 13, Titans 12. 

Washington vs. Dallas

Will we see the return of RG3 since there’s nothing on the line for the Redskins?  Probably not.  I’ll take Colt McCoy over any of the Cowboys quarterback options.  ‘Skins 20, Cowboys 16. 

Philadelphia vs. New York Giants

The Eagles have no coach and it’s likely that they won’t have a great deal of interest in Sunday’s game.  The Giants have a coach (for now), have nothing to play for, and they don’t have a great roster.  It could be ugly or surprisingly entertaining.  When you have no idea, go with the home team.  Giants 27, Eagles 24. 

Detroit vs. Chicago

This is another of the meaningless games between two disappointing teams.  Although the Bears are at home, Detroit has a better roster and they appear to want Jim Caldwell back next year. Lions 17, Bears 16. 

Tampa Bay vs. Carolina

Do you remember when the Bucs were a great story at 6-6?  They’re looking at a four-game losing streak to finish the season now that Lovie Smith’s job is “safe”.  Panthers 35, Bucs 20. 

Oakland vs. Kansas City

The Chiefs need this win to keep alive the hopes of winning the AFC West and a potential first-round bye.  The Raiders are playing out the string, but they’ll keep it close.  Chiefs 20, Raiders 17. 

San Diego vs. Denver

The Chargers have the better quarterback and possibly the better head coach.  Denver has the much better defense.  Don’t be surprised if this one is closer than you think.  Broncos 20, Chargers 13. 

Seattle vs. Arizona

The Cards have been the better team this season, hence their NFC West title.  It’s tough to imagine the Seahawks not at least going .500 in the division, so I’m calling an “Upset Special!”  Seahawks 24, Cards 21. 

St. Louis vs. San Francisco

This has all the makings of a game that nobody wants to see.  Jeff Fisher does his best coaching in games that don’t matter.  Rams 20, 49ers 13. 

Minnesota vs. Green Bay

This one is for the NFC North title.  The Vikings are getting healthier and the Packers have some major issues on offense.  In a game with Teddy Bridgewater vs. Aaron Rodgers for a division title, how can you not pick Rodgers?  Especially at home.  Packers 27, Vikings 20.
