For the past three seasons in Tuscaloosa, offensive coordinator Lane Kiffin has done wonders for the Crimson Tide offense. Kiffin has developed first-year starting quarterbacks each year he’s been under head coach Nick Saban. Considering his level of expertise, one NFL scout believes Kiffin could thrive at the next level.

“I think he’d instantly upgrade an NFL offense, he’s arguably one of the best offensive minds in the game,” said one area scout assigned to the Tide. “He’s able to adapt in terms of personnel. The offense this year is completely different in style and play-calling than it was last year with [Derrick] Henry.” If Kiffin doesn’t land at LSU, expect him to get some calls from the pros.”

It’ll be interesting to see what type of offers Kiffin receives in the off-season.
