Due to an unfortunate groin injury, superstar running back Le’Veon Bell only carried the ball six times against the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship Game. Many believed it was just a freak accident, but Bell’s groin was bothering him for a while.

“People don’t understand I was kind of fighting that through the playoffs,” Bell said. “I really hurt it in the Miami game. I played through the whole Kansas City game with it. The beginning of the Patriots game, I felt it.”

Bell is set to become a free agent in less than a week, however, Pittsburgh will most likely place the franchise tag on the All-Pro, as they continue to work towards a long-term deal.
