DJax Makes Presence Felt vs Eagles

DeSean Jackson didn’t waste much time making an impact against his former team in Philadelphia. Or getting under their skin.

Jackson shoved an Eagles defender on the first drive of the game, and scored a trademark long touchdown in the second half. Jackson caught two passes right out of the gate, drawing an unnecessary roughness call against Eagles safety Nate Allen. Jackson should have also been penalized; he shoved Malcolm Jenkins in the neck area immediately after taking a late hit on a catch.

It was a typical Jackson game in a lot of respects. We didn’t hear from him for long stretches, but suddenly he popped open for an 81-yard touchdown in the second half to tie the contest. Jackson proceeded to taunt the crowd by flapping his arms like an Eagle.
