If there is one word that drives Dwayne Allen crazy, it’s “potential” — so much so, that Allen can’t help but sneer as he frames the term in air quotes when saying it.But “potential” has been consistently uttered in connection with the Indianapolis Colts since quarterback Andrew Luck was drafted No. 1 overall in 2012, and it’s only ramping up this spring now that the team has loaded up on veteran free agents in hopes of passing the New England Patriots as the AFC’s top team.”They want to win, and they want to win now — there is no hiding from that point,” Allen, a Colts tight end, told USA TODAY Sports.”From the owner down to the GM down to the head coach, we know that our time is now.”
