Can you believe there are only three games left in the NFL season?

It feels like this season just started last week, but as we all prepare for the most exciting weekend of the NFL season, it’s time to see how these four quarterbacks rank based on matchups.

1. Tom Brady @ Broncos – How can you go against Brady this time of year?

Sure, the Denver Broncos may have the best defense in football. With that said, Brady just has a knack for exploiting weaknesses in opponents.

Brady showed that last week against a very good Kansas City defense.

The 4-time Super Bowl champion finished with 302 passing yards, while completing 28-of-42 passes to go along with two touchdowns.

Earlier in the season, Brady tossed three touchdowns against Denver in a 30-24 overtime loss.

2. Carson Palmer @ Panthers – This time of the year, it’s rare to see bad defenses.

Green Bay’s defense caused some problems for Palmer, as he threw two interceptions, but on the flip side, he also dished out three touchdowns, including the game-winning touchdown to Larry Fitzgerald in overtime.

This week presents a much more daunting task against a very stingy Carolina defense.

With that being said, Russell Wilson began to find some wrinkles in Carolina’s secondary in the second half, which should be a good blueprint for this high-powered Arizona attack.

3. Cam Newton vs. Cardinals – Before anyone could even blink last week, the Panthers were up 14-0.

The front-runner for MVP didn’t have to do much, but when his number was called, he delivered.

Newton displayed great accuracy, as he completed 16-of-22 passes to go along with an amazing touchdown pass to tight end Greg Olsen.

If you’re a Panthers fan, you couldn’t have asked for Newton to get any better preparation for Arizona than he did this past week against Seattle’s secondary.

4. Peyton Manning vs. Patriots – This very well may be the last time we see Peyton Manning on a football field.

After surviving against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Broncos look to pull off the upset by knocking off Brady and the Patriots.

When looking at the quarterback matchups this weekend, there was no doubt Manning would rank last.

Not only is Manning over the hill, but it doesn’t help that he’s going up against a Bill Belichick defense in frigid conditions.

If New England jumps out to an early two possession lead, it’s going to be a long day for Peyton and company.
