The Cincinnati Bengals reached their roster limit of 75 players on Tuesday by placing rookie offensive tackle Cedric Ogbuehi on non-football injured reserve and linebacker Sean Porter on the physically unabled to perform list and waiving wide receiver Onterio McCalebb.

Ogbuehi, the Bengals’ first-round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft and No. 21 overall from Texas A&M, will be eligible to return to practice after Week 6 of the regular season under a roster exemption if he is medically cleared. He will remain with the team for rehab and meetings.

Ogbuehi is recovering from a torn ACL suffered last year in college during a bowl game.

Porter faces the same scenario as Ogbuehi. If medically cleared, he too can begin practicing again after Week 6. He sustained a torn ACL during the preseason.

McCalebb will placed on injured reserve for the 2015 season if he makes it through waivers as expected on Wednesday.
