Dolphins waive three players

The Miami Dolphins announced Tuesday that they waived three players — defensive back T.J. Heath, kicker Zach Hocker and defensive back Lowell Rose.
Heath played in two games for the Dolphins last season and has played in a total of seven NFL games in his four seasons.
Hocker was drafted in the seventh round of the 2014 draft, but failed to make the Washington Redskins roster. He was signed by the Dolphins in January.
Rose played in five games for the Dolphins in 2014.
