Browns sign, release tight ends

The Cleveland Browns signed tight end Anthony Ezeakunne on Saturday and waived tight end Manasseh Garner.
The 6-foot-4, 245-pound Ezeakunne is an undrafted rookie from Chapman University who had 12 receptions for 122 yards and one touchdown last year in college.
Garner signed with the Browns on Aug. 9. He joined the Kansas City Chiefs in May as an undrafted free agent out of Pittsburgh but was waived about a week later.
The latest moves leave the Browns’ roster at the maximum 90 players.
