Bears sign C Garza to one-year extension
The Chicago Bears signed center Roberto Garza to a one-year contract extension Friday.
Garza has played for the Bears since 2005 and missed just six games in that timeframe. He will be 36 years old in March.
Garza signed a one-year deal to return to the Bears before the start of the season. Next year will be his 15th in the NFL and his 11th with the Bears.
