The Chicago Bears made the expected cuts of linebacker Mason Foster and tight ends Dante Rosario and Bear Pascoe on Saturday as they reached the NFL roster limit of 53.

They also waived quarterback Zac Dysert; wide receivers Ify Umodu, Rashad Lawrence and AJ Cruz (injured); tight end Gannon Sinclair; offensive linemen Michael Ola, Tyler Moore and Connor Boffeli; linebackers David Bass, Matthew Wells, Jonathan Anderson and Kyle Woestmann; defensive tackle Terry Williams; and cornerbacks Jacoby Glenn and Qumain Black.

Safety Anthony Jefferson was put on injured reserve and defensive lineman Jeremiah Ratliff was placed on the suspended list. Ratliff will miss the first three games for violating the NFL’s substance-abuse policy.
