49ers sign CB Hicks, OL Renfrow

The San Francisco 49ers on Monday signed cornerback Mylan Hicks to a three-year deal and offensive lineman Justin Renfrow to a two-year deal.
Hicks is an undrafted rookie out of Michigan State University.
Renfrow originally signed with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted rookie free agent last year. He was waived and joined the Green Bay Packers but was released in December.
Seattle signed him to its practice squad in January.
Renfrow was released earlier this month.
