Patriots WR Michael Floyd Inactive Against Broncos

A few days ago the New England Patriots created shockwaves throughout the league when acquiring former Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Floyd. The 27-year-old pass catcher was released after he was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and failure to obey a police officer.

At 6-foot-2, 220 pounds, Floyd provides a big target and the ability to stretch the field, which is something New England couldn’t ignore. Unfortunately for Pats fans, they’ll have to wait at least another week before Floyd is running routes for Tom Brady.

The Patriots will battle the Broncos today at 4:30 eastern time in Mile High City.
