Cardale Jones May Start If Tyrod Taylor Doesn’t Return

The clock is ticking on the Buffalo Bills to decide what they want to do with Tyrod Taylor at quarterback. In a month, Buffalo can pick up his option, which would guarantee him $30.75 million or they can let him become an unrestricted free agent.

If Buffalo decides to choose the ladder, former Ohio State quarterback Cardale Jones could become the solution. According to general manager Doug Whaley, that wouldn’t be a bad decision.

In Week 17, Jones completed 6 of 11 passes for 96 yards with an interception and no touchdowns.
