Victor Cruz Wants Answers After Not Being Targeted Once

Just a week ago, New York Giants rookie wide receiver Sterling Shepard received zero targets against the winless Cleveland Browns. Now, Victor Cruz is the latest Giants wideout to go untargeted for an entire game.

Unlike Shepard, Cruz let his frustration be known.

“I’m going to talk to somebody.” Cruz stressed. “Somebody’s got to give me an answer as to why.”

Cruz wasn’t done.

“Absolutely, there’s always opportunities for everybody to get the ball out there and I didn’t get those today,” he said.

As the Giants fight for their playoff lives, this isn’t an ideal time for drama.
