Packers place LB Lattimore on IR

The Green Bay Packers placed linebacker Jamari Lattimore on season-ending injured reserve Saturday and signed safety Chris Banjo from the practice squad to the active roster.

Lattimore was shut down because of an ankle injury. He had 37 tackles and an interception in 11 games this season.

Banjo, an undrafted rookie free agent of the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2013 out of SMU, played 16 games for the Packers after being waived by Jacksonville. He finished second with 10 special teams tackles.

Banjo has spent all this season on the practice squad.
