Muhammad Wilkerson a No Show for Jets Workouts


Opening Day. The NCAA championship game. The Masters.

Yeah, never mind, NFL offseason programs start for a few teams today, and we may have our first conscientious objector of the offseason.

Jets defensive lineman Muhammad Wilkerson is skipping the opening of the team’s offseason conditioning, and “might not be around for a while.”

Wilkerson’s in the final year of his rookie deal, and the Jets have been working on a contract extension which will pay Wilkerson what he’s worth.
