Dolphins Taking It Day-To-Day With Ryan Tannehill

Often times it’s overlooked how valuable it is having a quality backup quarterback, but if you look at history, you’ll realize it’s something that shouldn’t be ignored. For example, look at Tom Brady when he was behind Drew Bledsoe or even Dak Prescott this year.

In the case of the Miami Dolphins, it’s been, Matt Moore. Franchise quarterback Ryan Tannehill went down with an MCL sprain and a slight tear of his ACL a few weeks ago. Tannehill was sporting a cast to stabilize the knee so the MCL could heal, so with the cast removed, many are wondering if Miami will decide to trot Tannehill back out there.

Versus taking it week-to-week, the Dolphins are taking this matter day-by-day now.
