The Indianapolis Colts claimed defensive tackle T.Y. McGill and guard Robert Myers off waivers Sunday.

The team also waived inside linebacker Amarlo Herrera and waived-injured running back Daniel Herron. If Herron clears waivers, he will revert to the Colts’ injured reserve list.

The 6-foot, 299-pound McGill originally signed with the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent on May 15. He spent the entire training camp with the Seahawks before being waived Saturday. McGill started 19 of 49 games at North Carolina State and registered 131 tackles, 24.5 tackles for loss, 10 sacks, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and one pass defensed.

The 6-5, 335-pound Myers was selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft and was waived Saturday. He appeared in 46 games (35 starts) at Tennessee State, starting his final 29 consecutive games for the Tigers.

The 6-1, 249-pound Herrera was selected by the Colts in the sixth round of the 2015 draft. He started 43 of 54 games at Georgia and totaled 334 tackles, 21 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, four forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, 11 passes defensed and three interceptions.

The 5-10, 213-pound Herron was signed by the Colts off the Cincinnati Bengals’ practice squad on Oct. 9, 2013. He has played in 25 career NFL games (three starts) and carried the ball 87 times for 389 yards and one touchdown, and has 22 receptions for 230 yards. In 2014, Herron played in all 16 games (three starts) for the Colts and registered 78 carries for 351 yards and one touchdown, and made 21 receptions for 173 yards. He also started all three postseason games for the Colts, rushing 45 times for 170 yards and two touchdowns. Herron also added 20 receptions for 128 yards in postseason play.
