Bears QB Cutler replaced by Clausen

CHICAGO — Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler was lost for the game after suffering a hamstring injury while diving to try to make a tackle after throwing an interception against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.

Cutler was injured while diving to tackle Cardinals safety Tony Jefferson, who ran through the attempted tackle and took the interception back for a 26-yard touchdown.

Jimmy Clausen, the backup quarterback, took over for Cutler. The severity of Cutler’s injury was not immediately clear.
